Hendersonville, NC.  On April 4th Hendersonville proudly welcomed its newest martial arts dojo. Cody Glover has been training in martial arts since he was a young child. The past few years he has been working on the idea of opening his own dojo. As a 4th degree black belt he has achieved much success in the martial arts world holding first place national titles in both sparring and in kata and he wanted nothing more than to share his experience with his students.

Over the years he has worked tirelessly to earn the trust and respect of all of his students and when the time was right with the help of friends and family he was able to take his idea and turn it into a reality.

Glovers Martial Arts Academy will be training students in multiple disciplines such as American Style Karate, Wrestling, Self-Defense, Jiu-Jitsu and more. The dojo works with students from all walks of life. Some have speech and learning disabilities and others have physical disabilities. The goal is to help each and every student get past their limitations and reach their full potential. With the help of brother Cory Glover and father Larry Glover (both black belts), out on the mat, anything is possible.

Glovers Martial Arts Academy may be run and taught by family members and their principles but they extend that family and open it to everyone who walks through their doors. Each student is a member of the martial arts family. We hope to see you come on in and become a part of it.
